School hours

Primary School: 9:00 – 15:30 every day except Wednesdays (9:00 – 12:30)

Middle & High School: 8:55 – 15:45 every day

Breaks: Primary School  / Middle & High School

• Mornings: 10:30 – 11:00 / 11:30 – 12:15
• Lunchtimes: 12:30 – 13:30  / 13:50 – 14:05

Before and After School Care (Garderie) 

The before and after school fee structure is available from the office.

• Mornings: 7:45 – 8:45 Monday- Friday
• Afternoons: 15:45 – 17:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and  Friday
• On Wednesdays, we have garderie for Primary School children from 12:30 – 17:30

Dress Code

ISF (International School of Flanders) Waterloo does not have a school uniform. Students are required to wear appropriate casual clothes – guidelines are provided in our Welcome Pack. The school provides students with an ISF Waterloo t-shirt for Sports lessons; parents must provide additional clothing.  Additional school wear items bearing the ISF logo (polo shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces) are available.  

Lunches and Food

ISF Waterloo promotes healthy eating!

Pupils should bring a snack for the mid-morning break and lunch. Lunches are eaten in the classrooms.

You can order daily hot lunches for your child/children from our caterer. The meals are always non-pork and halal and there is a vegetarian option. 

Wednesday is Fruit Day – all students must bring fruit as their snack.

ISF Waterloo is a NO NUT school as we have students with serious nut allergies.
